Interest-free refundable deposit of Rs. 1.5 lakhs* for a couple

Monthly charge of Rs. 6250/- for a single occupant (single bedroom)

Monthly charge of Rs. 12500/- for a couple (double bedroom)

Monthly charge of Rs. 8750/- for a single occupant (double bedroom)

Fee liable to revisions annually

* This deposit is solely collected for the purpose of tiding over medical emergencies, which may arise.
